In response to today’s fast paced world traditional role oi Lawyers has evolved from that of mainly representing client in the courtroom.

Today’s client demands that this lawyer plays a multi-faceted role as a problem solver, a negotiator and a financial adviser amongst others.

With the paradigm shift globally from litigation to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a means of resolving disputes, the Lawyer has a duty to equip himself to represent his client and to secure qualitative, timely and cost effective outcome in mediation.
