Lawyers play a critical role in mediation. However advocacy in mediation is very different from Advocacy in Litigation. A program on Advocacy in Mediation was conducted at CAMP in collaboration with FSRI ( Foundation for Sustainable Rule of Law Initiatives). This program focused on developing specialised skills in lawyers to help them support their clients effectively in mediation. The program was well attended by top law firms and litigators from Bangalore.
